This is where you withdraw from the contract and start a return. The process takes one minute and you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Do you have the right of withdrawal
It depends on the ring's category and on whether it is engraved. The category is stated in your order confirmation. Rings from the Eternity Bands and Stackables collections belong to the Made-to-order product category.

Withdraw from the contract
Fill in the form and confirm. We confirm receipt of your statement by e-mail, with the date and time.
What happens next
Deadline. You have 14 days from the day you received the ring. If your order arrived in several shipments, the period runs from the last one.
Sending it back. Send us the ring without delay, no later than 14 days after your withdrawal statement. We bear the return cost — after receiving your withdrawal statement we send you a prepaid return label without delay.
Your money. We refund the full amount paid, including the shipping you paid, within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same means of payment. Once the ring arrives back, we initiate the refund; the same applies if, before that, you provide us with proof that you have sent the ring.
Condition of the ring. You may examine the ring the way you would in a jewellery shop. Please return the box and any document that came with the ring (the certificate or the card listing the laboratory-grown diamonds). If it has been worn beyond a brief try-on, damaged, altered by someone else or that document is missing, we may deduct from the refund a proven amount of diminished value, which we explain to you.

You can also fill in the model withdrawal form and send it by post or e-mail. It is reproduced on the Withdrawal and Returns page and, where the right of withdrawal applies, in the order confirmation. It is not mandatory — any unambiguous statement is sufficient.
