1. Merchant information
1.1. These Terms and Conditions are applied by Le Diameve d.o.o., Siječanjska 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB (Croatian personal identification number) 69491787083, VAT identification number HR69491787083, entered in the court register of the Commercial Court in Zagreb, MBS 081731987 (hereinafter: the Seller).
1.2. Full merchant information, including information about the manufacturer and the supervisory authorities, is provided on the Merchant Information page.
2. General provisions and scope of application
2.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the Terms) govern ordering, conclusion of the contract, payment, production, delivery, consumer rights and the handling of complaints in the online store lediameve.eu (hereinafter: the Online Store).
2.2. The Terms form an integral part of every distance contract and at the same time constitute the pre-contractual information for consumers within the meaning of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o zaštiti potrošača) and the notice within the meaning of the Croatian Electronic Commerce Act (Zakon o elektroničkoj trgovini).
2.3. The Buyer is any person who places an order. A Consumer is a natural person who concludes the contract outside the scope of their trade, business, craft or professional activity. Provisions that expressly refer to consumer rights apply only to Consumers.
2.4. The Buyer must be an adult with legal capacity.
2.5. Each order is governed by the Terms published at the time that order is placed. The Buyer may save and print them before placing the order.
2.6. The other pages of the Online Store, in particular Shipping and Payment, Withdrawal and Returns, Defect Claims and Legal Guarantee and Consumer Complaints, are informational in nature. Notices on those pages which under consumer protection regulations constitute pre-contractual information become an integral part of the contract. In the event of a discrepancy between those pages and these Terms, the provision more favourable to the Buyer who is a Consumer applies.
2.7. Provisions of these Terms that would conflict with mandatory regulations do not apply; those regulations apply instead. The invalidity of an individual provision does not affect the validity of the remaining ones.
3. Definitions
In these Terms:
• A Product is an engagement ring or other piece of jewellery offered in the Online Store.
• A laboratory-grown diamond is a diamond produced under controlled laboratory conditions by the HPHT or CVD process which, in its chemical composition, crystal structure and physical and optical properties, is essentially identical to a diamond formed in nature, but is not of natural origin. It is not a diamond imitation such as cubic zirconia or moissanite.
• The Configurator is the tool on the Product page with which the Buyer selects, from the options offered and depending on the model, the metal colour, stone colour, stone shape, stone size and ring size.
• A Standard product is a Product the Seller delivers from stock as a finished piece, including where the ring size is adjusted before delivery according to the Buyer's selection.
• A Made-to-order product is a Product from the Eternity Bands and Stackables collections; it is not held in stock but is made only after the contract is concluded, in the metal colour and ring size the Buyer selected from the options offered in advance by the Seller. The Buyer does not select a stone for such a Product.
• A Configured product is a Product that is not held in stock but is made only after the contract is concluded, according to the combination of options the Buyer selected in the Configurator, including the centre stone. The centre stone with the selected characteristics is sourced and set for that individual order, and the cast is made for that stone and in the ordered size. Because of the large number of possible combinations per model, such a Product cannot be offered to another buyer in its existing form; it would have to be taken apart, the stones removed and the metal melted down, which is economically unjustifiable. A Configured product may, on the Buyer's instruction, also contain an engraving or other individual content; the engraving is a characteristic of such a Product and does not change its category.
The category to which an individual Product belongs is expressly stated on that Product's page, in the cart, at checkout and in the order confirmation. The category determines whether the right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract exists (section 14), with one exception: for a Product with an engraving, that right does not exist, regardless of its category (section 14.3).
4. Languages of the contract
4.1. The contract may be concluded in Croatian, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish.
4.2. The authoritative text of the Terms is the one in the language in which the Buyer concluded the contract.
5. Products, laboratory-grown diamonds and on-screen display
5.1. The main characteristics of each Product are stated with it: the type and fineness of the metal, metal colour, shape and dimensions, ring size and the characteristics of the stone set in it.
5.2. Origin of the stones. All diamonds offered are laboratory-grown diamonds, not natural diamonds. This fact is stated with every Product, in the cart, in the order confirmation and in the accompanying documentation.
5.3. Certificate. For laboratory-grown diamonds of 0.50 ct and above, the Seller supplies with the Product a certificate from an independent gemological institute confirming that the stone is a laboratory-grown diamond and stating its properties (carat weight, cut, colour, clarity). For stones below 0.50 ct, a card listing the laboratory-grown diamonds set in the Product is supplied.
5.4. On-screen display. The photographs and renderings shown with a Product depict a sample piece of the model made in one specific configuration. For the characteristics the Buyer selects in the Configurator (in particular the metal colour, the shape, colour and size of the stone, the ring size and the engraving text), the Buyer's selection is authoritative: the delivered Product is made or adjusted individually, according to the configuration the Buyer selected, and may differ in those characteristics from the piece in the photograph. In the characteristics not selected in the Configurator (for example the design and execution of the band and the way the stone is secured), the delivered Product corresponds to the model shown in the photographs. The Buyer verifies the selected configuration in the summary shown before the order is placed (section 6.4); in addition, a notice may be displayed on the Product page stating that the selected stone differs from the one shown. The actual appearance of the metal and stone colour may deviate from the on-screen display owing to differences in screen settings, lighting and photography conditions; such deviations, which result from the on-screen display itself, do not constitute a lack of conformity. This section does not limit the Buyer's rights if the delivered Product does not correspond to the selected configuration or the model shown.
5.5. Production tolerances. Every piece is finished by hand, so insignificant deviations in weight, dimensions and details of workmanship are possible within the usual tolerances of the trade, as are minimal deviations of the stone within the declared range. Such deviations do not, as a rule, constitute a defect.
5.6. Value. The Seller gives no assurances of any kind as to the future market or resale value of the Product or the stone.
5.7. Availability information is informational in nature and does not bind the Seller as to its accuracy at every moment.
6. Product configuration and engraving
6.1. In the Configurator the Buyer selects, depending on the model, the metal colour (white, yellow or rose gold, or platinum), the stone colour, the stone shape, the stone size and the ring size. The selection is made from options offered in advance by the Seller.
6.2. Engraving is a separate option, available for those Products on whose page it is offered. The Buyer enters the engraving text, which is permanently engraved into the Product. The engraving does not change the Product's category. A Product with an engraving is clearly personalised for the Buyer, so the right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract does not exist for it, regardless of its category (section 14.3).
6.3. Accuracy of information. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the ring size and the engraving text. The Seller recommends having the size measured at a jewellery shop. On request, the Seller sends a sizing ring free of charge.
6.4. Before the order is placed, the Buyer is shown a summary of the selected configuration, including the engraving text, for verification.
6.5. Made to order. The Seller does not hold a stock of finished Configured products or Made-to-order products. Each such piece is made only after the contract is concluded, on the basis of a work order issued for that individual order, in the ordered size and, for a Configured product, with a centre stone of the selected characteristics.
6.6. Engraving is free of charge. The Buyer enters the engraving text before placing the order.
6.7. Articles of gold and silver weighing 3 g or more, and all articles of platinum, are assayed and hallmarked with the state hallmark before delivery, in accordance with the regulations on the supervision of articles of precious metals; all articles bear the maker's mark and the fineness mark. This time is included in the stated delivery period.
7. Conclusion of the contract
7.1. The display of Products in the Online Store is not a binding offer but an invitation to the Buyer to make an offer.
7.2. The Buyer composes the order by selecting a Product and its characteristics, adding it to the cart, entering the delivery and billing details and selecting the delivery and payment method.
7.3. Immediately before the order is placed, the Buyer is shown the main characteristics of the Product, the Product category, the total price including VAT and all costs, and the delivery conditions.
7.4. The order is placed by pressing the button labelled "order with an obligation to pay". By pressing that button the Buyer makes a binding offer. If the Buyer pays with one of the digital wallets Shop Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay, the Buyer places the order and makes the binding offer by confirming the payment in that service's window or, where checkout then shows a further step, by pressing the button referred to in the first sentence.
7.5. The Seller confirms receipt of the order by e-mail without delay. That confirmation is not an acceptance of the offer.
7.6. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends the Buyer a separate order confirmation with the contract details on a durable medium, and at the latest when production begins or the Product is dispatched. If the Seller does not send the order confirmation within 2 business days of the order being placed, the order is deemed rejected and the Seller refunds the entire amount paid without delay.
7.7. The Seller may reject or cancel an order if the Product cannot be made to the requested specification, if there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse or unauthorised payment, or if the Buyer does not meet the conditions of section 2.4. In that case the Seller refunds the entire amount paid without delay.
8. Correcting input errors
8.1. Before placing the order, the Buyer can correct all entered information — the ring size, the Product's characteristics, the engraving text and the delivery details — by returning to the previous step or by changing the contents of the cart.
8.2. Immediately before the order is placed, the Buyer is shown a summary of all entered information for a final check.
9. Storage of the contract text
9.1. The Seller stores the text of the contract. The Seller delivers the order confirmation to the Buyer on a durable medium, by e-mail; it contains the contract details and the mandatory pre-contractual information, including the notice of the right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract or of the absence of that right and, where that right exists, the prescribed form for unilateral withdrawal. These Terms, in the version valid at the time the order is placed (section 2.5), are published in the Online Store, where the Buyer can save and print them. The Seller also delivers them to the Buyer on a durable medium, as a PDF file in the language in which the Buyer concluded the contract, attached to an e-mail in which the Seller sends the Buyer an invoice for the order (section 11.7), and sends them to the Buyer by e-mail on request.
9.2. These Terms are available in the Online Store at all times and can be saved and printed.
10. Prices
10.1. All prices are stated in euros and include Croatian value added tax.
10.2. The price shown with the Product includes all characteristics selected in the Configurator. The total amount including the shipping cost is shown before the order is placed.
10.3. The price shown at the time the order is placed applies to the Buyer. Subsequent changes to the price list do not affect contracts already concluded.
10.4. When the Seller advertises a price reduction, alongside the reduced price it also displays the lowest price it applied to that Product in the 30 days before the reduction.
10.5. If, owing to a technical error, a price is displayed that is obviously and materially below the market price and the error is recognisable to the average buyer, the Seller will inform the Buyer without delay as soon as it discovers the error and offer to uphold the contract at the correct price. If the Buyer does not accept the offer, the Seller may seek annulment of the contract on the grounds of mistake in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act (Zakon o obveznim odnosima), and refunds the Buyer the entire amount paid without delay.
11. Payment methods and payment security
11.1. The available payment methods are listed on the Shipping and Payment page and at checkout: card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), the digital wallets Shop Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay and, for Buyers in Belgium, Bancontact. Which of these methods are offered for an order depends in particular on the Buyer's country and device; the payment methods offered are shown at checkout before the order is placed.
11.2. The Seller charges no fee based on the chosen means of payment.
11.3. The entire amount is charged when the order is placed, regardless of the chosen payment method.
11.4. The Seller does not contract an earnest-money deposit.
11.5. For Configured products and Made-to-order products, the amount paid has the character of an advance payment until delivery.
11.6. Payment card details are transmitted over a secure channel directly to the payment service provider (Shopify Payments). If the Buyer pays with Bancontact, the Buyer confirms the payment on the Bancontact page or in the app of Bancontact or of the Buyer's bank, and the payment details entered there go directly to Bancontact or to that bank. The Seller does not store those details and has no access to them.
11.7. Invoice. The Seller issues the invoice in electronic form and delivers it to the Buyer by e-mail; the invoice is not enclosed with the shipment. By submitting the order, the Buyer consents to this.
12. Production and delivery times
12.1. The expected production and delivery times are stated on the Shipping and Payment page. Those times are an estimate based on the usual course of production and do not constitute a contractually agreed time of performance.
12.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Product no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. That period is binding.
12.3. If an order contains several Products, they are delivered in a single shipment, and the delivery time is determined by the Product with the longest production time.
12.4. If the Seller does not deliver the Product within the period under section 12.2, the Buyer calls on the Seller to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If the Seller does not deliver within the additional period either, the Buyer may terminate the contract, and the Seller refunds all amounts received, increased by statutory default interest from the day the payment was received until the day of repayment, without delay and at the latest within seven days of the termination. No additional period is required in the cases under section 12.5.
12.5. The Buyer may terminate the contract without granting an additional period: (a) if the Seller has declared that it will not deliver the Product; (b) if it is evident from the circumstances that the Seller will not be able to deliver even within an additional period; (c) if it is evident from the circumstances of the conclusion of the contract that delivery within the agreed period or by a specific date is an essential element of the contract; or (d) if the Buyer informed the Seller before the conclusion of the contract that delivery by a specific date is an essential element of the contract. In the event of termination, the Seller refunds all amounts received, increased by statutory default interest from the day the payment was received until the day of repayment, without delay and at the latest within seven days of the termination.
12.6. The Seller is not liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. It will inform the Buyer without delay when such circumstances arise, and the periods are extended proportionately. This provision does not affect the Buyer's rights under sections 12.4 and 12.5.
12.7. Cancellation before production starts. The Buyer may cancel an order for a Configured product and an order for a Product with an engraving, regardless of its category, before production or, as the case may be, the engraving starts. For a Configured product and for a Made-to-order product with an engraving, cancellation is possible for as long as the Seller has not sent the work order for making that Product to the goldsmith; once the work order is sent, production is deemed to have begun. For a Standard product with an engraving, which the Seller delivers from stock as a finished piece, cancellation is possible for as long as the engraving has not begun. In the event of such a cancellation, the Seller refunds the Buyer the entire amount paid without delay, less the actually incurred costs the Seller proves. After production or, as the case may be, the engraving has begun, cancellation under this section is no longer possible; the Buyer's rights under sections 14 and 15 remain unaffected.
13. Delivery, inspection of the shipment and passing of risk
13.1. The Seller delivers to the countries listed on the Shipping and Payment page. Shipping costs are stated before the order is placed.
13.2. Shipments are sent insured to their full value and against the recipient's signature.
13.3. The Buyer is advised to inspect the shipment on receipt and, in the event of visible damage to the packaging or the Product, to inform the courier and the Seller without delay. Failure to inspect does not affect the rights of the Buyer who is a Consumer under section 15.
13.4. Passing of risk. The risk of accidental loss of or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer who is a Consumer at the moment the Product is handed over into their possession, or handed over to a person designated by the Buyer who is not the carrier. If the Buyer chose the carrier and the Seller did not offer that carrier, the risk passes when the shipment is handed over to that carrier.
13.5. Uncollected shipment. If the carrier is still unable to deliver the shipment after its delivery attempts and its attempt to contact the Buyer, the Seller informs the Buyer of this in order to arrange the delivery.
13.6. If the Buyer does not respond to the notice under section 13.5 within 30 days, the Seller may terminate the contract. In that case, for Standard products and Made-to-order products the Seller refunds the entire amount paid without delay, and for Configured products the amount paid less the documented actual cost of returning the shipment to the Seller. Failure to collect the shipment is not in itself deemed a statement by the Buyer terminating the contract and, apart from the costs stated, does not lead to the loss of the amount paid.
14. The consumer's right of unilateral withdrawal from the contract
14.1. A Buyer who is a Consumer has the right, without giving any reason, to unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which the Product was handed over into the possession of the Buyer or of a person designated by the Buyer who is not the carrier. If several pieces delivered separately are ordered in a single order, the period runs from the last piece.
14.2. The right of unilateral withdrawal exists for Standard products, including those whose ring size was adjusted before delivery, and for Made-to-order products. By way of exception, that right does not exist if a Product in those categories contains an engraving (section 14.3).
14.3. The right of unilateral withdrawal does not exist for Configured products, regardless of whether they contain an engraving. These are goods that are not prefabricated but are made on the basis of the Buyer's individual choice and are clearly personalised for the Buyer. Such Products are not held in stock; they are made only after the contract is concluded, according to the selected combination and in the ordered size, with a centre stone of the Buyer's choice that is sourced and set for that order, and cannot be offered to another buyer in their existing form. Nor does the right of unilateral withdrawal exist for a Product with an engraving, regardless of its category, because the engraving makes the Product clearly personalised for the Buyer (Article 86(1)(3) of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act). These notices are displayed on the page of every such Product, at checkout and in the order confirmation.
14.4. The exclusion of the right of unilateral withdrawal does not affect the Buyer's rights in the event of a lack of conformity of the Product described in section 15 of these Terms.
14.5. The Buyer declares the withdrawal via the withdrawal function available on the Withdrawal and Returns page, using the prescribed form for unilateral withdrawal, or by any other unambiguous statement sent to info@lediameve.eu or by post to the registered address. The Seller confirms receipt of the statement on a durable medium without delay.
Provisions 14.6 to 14.8 apply to Products for which the right of unilateral withdrawal exists.
14.6. The Buyer returns the Product without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of the withdrawal statement, to the address Siječanjska 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. The direct costs of the return are borne by the Seller. After receiving the withdrawal statement, the Seller sends the Buyer a prepaid return label without delay.
14.7. The Seller refunds all amounts received, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same means of payment and without any fees. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product has been returned to it or until the Buyer provides proof of having sent it, whichever occurs first. If the Buyer chose a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard one, the amount of the cheapest standard delivery is refunded.
14.8. The Buyer is liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. For jewellery this includes, in particular, wearing beyond a brief try-on, damage, resizing by a third party, and removal of the certificate, of the card listing the laboratory-grown diamonds or of protective tags whose removal was not necessary to try the Product on. The proven amount of the diminution, which the Seller explains to the Buyer, is deducted from the amount to be refunded.
14.9. The procedure, the form and the details are described on the Withdrawal and Returns page. That page is informational in nature; in the event of a discrepancy, the provision more favourable to the Buyer who is a Consumer applies.
15. Liability for lack of conformity (legal guarantee)
15.1. The Seller is liable for a lack of conformity of the Product that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within at least two years of delivery. This liability towards the consumer cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
15.2. For Buyers who are Consumers with habitual residence in another European Union member state, the periods and conditions of the law of that state apply if they are more favourable to the Buyer than those in this section 15.
15.3. The Buyer chooses between repair and replacement of the Product. The Seller may refuse the chosen remedy if it is impossible or if, compared with the other available remedy, it would impose disproportionate costs on the Seller, taking into account all the circumstances, in particular the value the Product would have without the lack of conformity and the significance of the lack of conformity; in that case the Seller remedies the lack of conformity by the other available remedy.
15.4. Remedying the lack of conformity is free of charge for the Buyer, including the shipping costs in both directions.
15.5. If the lack of conformity has been remedied by repair, the period of the Seller's liability is extended once by twelve months. The Seller informs the Buyer of the right to choose between repair and replacement and of this extension when the claim is received.
15.6. If repair or replacement has failed, if the Seller refuses to remedy the lack of conformity, or if the lack of conformity is of such a nature as to justify an immediate price reduction or termination, the Buyer may demand a price reduction or terminate the contract. Termination is not possible only if the lack of conformity is insignificant, which the Seller must prove.
15.7. As a rule, the following do not constitute a lack of conformity, because even with them the Product conforms to the agreed and published characteristics: normal traces of wear and tear, damage caused by impact, pressure or accident, damage from exposure to chemicals or cosmetics, damage caused by the intervention of a third party, a difference between the photographs shown with the Product and the delivered Product in the characteristics the Buyer selected in the Configurator if the delivered Product matches the selected configuration (section 5.4), and the deviations described in sections 5.4 and 5.5.
15.8. Claims are submitted to info@lediameve.eu or by post to the registered address. The procedure is described on the Defect Claims and Legal Guarantee page.
16. Commercial guarantee, care, service and resizing
16.1. The Seller gives a commercial guarantee on the Products against defects in materials and workmanship, free of charge, for as long as the Product is owned by the first Buyer (lifetime guarantee). The Seller delivers the guarantee statement with the full conditions to the Buyer on a durable medium, by e-mail together with the order confirmation. The guarantee does not cover normal wear, damage from impact, chemicals, incorrect use or storage, stones lost through wear or accident, or a Product that has been resized, repaired or altered by anyone other than the Seller. The guarantee is not transferable.
16.2. A commercial guarantee, if given, does not affect the Buyer's rights under section 15, which are free of charge and which the Buyer exercises independently of the commercial guarantee.
16.3. Product care. It is recommended to take the ring off during physical work, sport, cleaning and handling chemicals, to store it separately from other jewellery, to clean it occasionally with a mild solution and a soft cloth, and to have the stability of the stone checked periodically.
16.4. Resizing. The Seller offers the first resizing free of charge within 180 days of delivery; for the insured shipping of the Product in both directions, the Buyer pays a flat amount of 25 euros including VAT, and the Seller sends the Buyer a prepaid label for sending the Product to the Seller. Later and further resizings are charged as agreed; in these cases, too, the Buyer pays a flat amount of 25 euros including VAT for the insured shipping of the Product in both directions, and the Seller sends the Buyer a prepaid label for sending the Product to the Seller. Products from the Eternity Bands collection cannot be resized, because their band is set with stones all the way around; the Buyer is informed of this on the Product page before the order is placed.
16.5. Inspection and cleaning. The Seller provides the Buyer with an inspection and cleaning service for the Product, with no time limit and free of charge; for the insured shipping of the Product in both directions, the Buyer pays a flat amount of 25 euros including VAT, and the Seller sends the Buyer a prepaid label for sending the Product to the Seller. This is a service the Seller provides with the Product, not a commercial guarantee. The Seller may change or discontinue this service for future orders; a change does not affect Products bought before the change was published.
16.6. If a repair or resizing service is chargeable and the estimated value exceeds 100 euros, the Seller provides the Buyer with a binding quotation on a durable medium before the work begins.
16.7. If a Product sent to the Seller under section 16.4 or 16.5 is found to have a lack of conformity under section 15 or a defect covered by the commercial guarantee under section 16.1, its remedy is free of charge for the Buyer, including the shipping costs in both directions; the flat amount under sections 16.4 and 16.5 is then not charged, and an amount already paid is refunded.
17. Consumer complaints
17.1. The Buyer may submit a written complaint by post to the Seller's registered address or by e-mail to info@lediameve.eu. The procedure is described on the Consumer Complaints page.
17.2. The Seller confirms receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.
17.3. The Seller replies to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days after receiving it, stating whether it accepts the complaint as founded and giving reasons.
17.4. The Seller keeps a record of written complaints for one year from receipt of each complaint.
18. Out-of-court dispute resolution
18.1. The Seller has undertaken to take part in proceedings before the following body for alternative resolution of consumer disputes: Centar za mirenje pri Hrvatskoj gospodarskoj komori (Mediation Centre at the Croatian Chamber of Economy), Rooseveltov trg 2, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, https://www.hgk.hr/centar-za-mirenje/o-centru-za-mirenje.
18.2. If the Seller does not resolve the Buyer's complaint to the Buyer's satisfaction, in its reply to the complaint it will inform the Buyer of the body referred to in section 18.1 and confirm that it will take part in the proceedings before that body. A Buyer who is a Consumer may start proceedings before that body by post to its address or through the contact details published on its website. A settlement requires the agreement of both parties.
18.3. The list of notified bodies is published on the website of the competent ministry.
19. Limitation of liability
19.1. To the extent permitted by the applicable regulations, the Seller is not liable for indirect and consequential damage.
19.2. This section does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory regulations, in particular liability towards consumers for a lack of conformity of the Product, liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and liability for damage caused by a defective product.
20. Personal data protection
20.1. The Seller processes the Buyer's personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which are available in the Online Store.
21. Intellectual property
21.1. The content of the Online Store, including texts, photographs, designs and marks, is protected by the intellectual property rights of the Seller or of third parties and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the prior written consent of the rights holder.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
22.1. These Terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
22.2. If the Buyer is a Consumer with habitual residence in another European Union member state, the mandatory provisions of the law of the state of their residence additionally apply to them. Nothing in this section deprives the Buyer of the protection those provisions afford.
22.3. A Buyer who is a Consumer may bring proceedings before the courts of the state of their residence.
23. Amendments to the Terms
23.1. The Seller may amend these Terms. Amendments do not affect contracts concluded before their publication.
23.2. These Terms apply from 2 November 2026.
